BS degree from an accredited college. APICS or CPM certification preferred. |

| Experience: |
Member of a Global Supplier Management team responsible for: 1) Developing global supply strategy for capital equipment. 2) Establishing long-term relationships and negotiate applicable corporate agreements with suppliers. 3) Guiding the selection, development and qualification of new suppliers to meet business and techology goals. 4) Providing leadership to cross-functional teams on product updates, technology roadmap and industry trends. 5) Working with SANM equipment suppliers to assure best-in-class pricing/quality and product availability and place SANM in an industry leader position. 6) Implementing peridic business review with key suppliers and drive continuous improvement as necessary.
7) Supporting local sites on supplier quality problem, drive root cause analysis and corrective action with supplier.
8) Ability to perform under pressure and aggressive deadlines.
Five or more years experience in commodity mangement. Expert in PCB fabrication, EMS manufacturing and test processes. Experience in managing cross functional teams. Strong negotiation and asset management skills with proven track record. Effective contract negotiator. Effective communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in global sourcing with particular focus on sourcing in low cost regions. Knowledge and experience with the product development process. Self confident, self motivated, results oriented, and driven by success. Knowledge of MS word, excel and power point.
